About DX2 Geosyntex

DX2 primarily works with construction companies, supplying erosion control solutions. They came to us looking to expand their presence in the Southeast United States, through a mix of paid ads and organic SEO.



Our job was to find out the most effective way to increase traffic to the website without spending a fortune in the process.

July 2020: First Steps

Paid ads through Google mixed with Search Engine Optimization is often a good fit for businesses, so this is what we did with DX2. We came up with an effective B2B Marketing Strategy that was likely to generate business.

We worked to optimize the website and ads in order to improve traffic and leads generated through the website. Here’s some of what we did:

  • Rebuilt entire website to improve page speed, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Modified and split tested ads to prioritize ads that were performing well.
  • Tweaked target keywords and negative keywords list to better target the right leads.
  • Changed target keywords from “broad match” to “phrase match” and “broad match modifier”.
  • Created landing pages for SEO to rank for keywords in our target areas.
  • Optimized Google listing to improve visibility for both brand and keyword searches.
  • Identified quick wins and keywords that we could rank for quickly and bring traffic in fast.
  • Performed On-Page SEO Optimization to be better than the competition.
  • Created an Off-Page SEO Campaign to improve search engine rankings.

The Result

The results were amazing. We never increased ad spend but were able to increase traffic by over 400% by increasing organic traffic and optimizing the adwords campaign. This lead to a 504% increase in conversions without spending any additional money.
