About the Client

King Green is a lawn care company that services the Southeast United States. They came to us wanting to improve their overall web presence, their website, and online marketing.

We worked out a marketing strategy that started with rebuilding the website and then began improving their overall digital marketing footprint.

August 2019: First Steps

After re-designing the website, we started an aggressive and comprehensive campaign that included multiple marketing channels. We focused on both Pay Per Click Ads (SEM), Social Media Ads, Retargeting, and Local SEO to get their listings on the first page. These Steps Included:
  • Optimized 7 GoogleMyBusiness listings to get them on the first page.
  • Redesigned Website to load quickly and improve user experience / conversion rates.
  • Created several keyword-targeted webpages and supporting content for each.
  • Overhauled all technical SEO to ensure all SEO best practices were used.
  • Implemented an Off-Page SEO strategy to allow rankings to improve faster.
  • Engaged in a comprehensive link and citation building campaign dedicated for Local SEO.
  • Improved Google Ads and setup paid retargeting ads to lower overall cost per lead.
  • Worked with the client to get them “Google Guaranteed” by setting up and optimizing their profile and helping them get the most for their money.
  • Created social media ads and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.

The Result

The results of this campaign were epic. King Green is now ranking on page 1 for virtually every location they have (and in many cities they don’t have locations) and have drastically increased their traffic. All of this has been done without increasing ad spend.

By optimizing Google Adwords, improving organic traffic, and implementing retargeting ads on Social Media and other sites, we were able to successfully improve traffic, conversion rates, and overall lead generation.
